Marriage Experts (also referred to as "we", "us", "our") provides matrimonial matchmaking services for Muslim individuals and families seeking halal marriages. These Terms govern your use of our website, registration, paid packages, and all communications. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
We offer both free registration and paid premium packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond). Paid packages provide additional features such as verified badges, consultant calls, unlimited interests, and VIP consultation. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Payment terms: Fees are in PKR (Pakistani rupees) and must be paid in full before services are rendered. We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash (by appointment).
We strive to verify the information provided by clients through available means (CNIC, educational documents, etc.). However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any profile. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence before entering into any marriage agreement. Marriage Experts is not liable for any misrepresentation by a client.
The "verified" badge indicates that the client has submitted supporting documents, which we have reviewed in good faith.
Your privacy is paramount. We collect and use your personal information solely for matchmaking purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without your explicit consent. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
Violation may result in termination of your account without refund.
We facilitate introductions between families. After a match is proposed, we may share contact details with both parties' consent. We do not arrange meetings directly; it is the responsibility of the families to proceed in a halal manner. Marriage Experts is not involved in any marriage negotiations or contracts.

You may cancel your registration at any time by written notice. However, paid packages are non-refundable once the service has been activated (profile created, matches suggested, or consultation provided). In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at management's discretion. Free registration can be terminated without notice.
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Marriage Experts and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
